INTERRUPTED INSTALLATION — TWO-REQUEST RECOVERY TEST

First create a deliberately unfinished update in a private isolated copy. Then reload this page and run recovery in a separate request. The recovery process checks fixed backup hashes before restoring files and records the final state on disk. Live applications are never modified.

This verifies recovery across two web requests, not actual server-process termination. Production installation remains disabled pending further safeguards and testing.
